If a direct debit has been charged to your BLING account and you wish to dispute it or prevent future debits, here’s what to do 👇
1️⃣ First, contact the merchant or company directly
In most cases, companies can cancel a mandate or stop a recurring debit at your request.
We recommend contacting them first to try and resolve the issue directly.
2️⃣ If no solution is found, contact our support team
Please provide the following information:
📅 Date of the transaction
🏪 Name of the merchant / creditor
💰 Amount charged
❓ Reason why you want to block future debits
🔄 Do you also wish to request a refund for this transaction?
