Starting in June 2025, the way monthly fees are charged will change to become simpler, more predictable, and better suited to your daily life.
➡️ Monthly fees will now be charged on a single date: the 5th of each month, or the nearest business day*.
This new system offers several advantages:
-
It’s better aligned with the time you typically receive your income, so the fee is charged at a moment that better fits your cash flow.
-
It helps avoid charging the fee during a more fragile moment in the month, so you're not put in difficulty unnecessarily.
-
It reduces the risk of late payments, which helps preserve your eligibility for the advance.
📌 This change will not result in any additional fees or extra payments.
✅ What’s changing
🔹 New users
The monthly fee of €9.99 will be charged on the 5th of the month following your account opening.
The month you open your account determines the date of your first charge:
-
Account opened in May → charged on June 5
-
Account opened in June → charged on July 5 (or July 4 this year)
After that, the fee will be charged every 5th of the month, or the nearest business day*
* If the 5th falls on a weekend or public holiday, the charge will be made on the nearest business day (such as July 4 this year).
🔹 Existing users
In June, a partial amount (between €0 and €9.99) will be charged on your usual billing date.
Starting July 4, 2025, the monthly fee will be charged on the 5th of each month.
