You made a transfer from your BLING account, but the funds haven’t arrived in the recipient’s account yet? Here’s what you should check 👇
⏱️ Normal processing time:
✅ If the transfer was instant, it should be received within a few seconds, as long as the recipient’s bank supports instant transfers.
✅ If it was a standard SEPA transfer, it may take 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
🔎 Transfers can appear at any time during the day.
📌 What to do if the deadline has passed:
1️⃣ Check in the BLING app that the transfer appears as “Completed”.
2️⃣ Confirm with the recipient (yourself or someone else) that:

the account is active, in euros, and located in the SEPA zone

the IBAN used is correct, with no typing errors
3️⃣ Contact the recipient’s bank
Provide them with the proof of transfer, which you can download directly from the BLING app.
This will help them locate the payment.
