To start the process, you have two options:
Directly in the app: Tap on “I forgot my PIN code” on the login screen.
Via a link: Access this option here: 🔗 I forgot my PIN code
🛡️ Verification steps
To secure access to your BLING Account, we will need to confirm your identity:
Personal data: Enter the information matching that of your account.
SMS code: Enter the temporary code we will send you by SMS.
Once your identity is confirmed, you will be able to create your new 6-digit PIN code.
